Video Coaching:

Communicate with clients directly in the app using Push Notifications and Promotional Banners! Announcements make it easy to share updates, offers, and guide clients to specific actions at scale- without relying on external tools.
Trial Products:
Offer prospects a free trial of your services without using an active client seat. Trial Products allow you to give potential clients limited access to programs or content, helping increase conversations before they commit to a paid product.
How to Access These Features
You can access these features in a few locations on your ABC Trainerize account:
- When you upgrade to a Pro plan, you will be prompted to select any add-ons you wish to purchase:

- Under the Settings > Billing section, scroll down to Add-on Subscriptions and select Browse all add-ons:
Note: The Business add-on is included in the price of the Studio Plus or Studio Max subscription plan.
FAQ
Do I need to have the Video Coaching add-on or the Stripe Integrated Payments add-on before I purchase the Business add-on?
- No! You do not need to have either the Video Coaching or Stripe Integrated Payments add-on to purchase the Business add-on. The Business add-on is a bundle that includes both the Video Coaching and Stripe Integrated Payments add-ons, as well as other business tools, including Prospect Booking and Client Referrals.
- If, however, you are already subscribed to either or both of the Video Coaching or Stripe Integrated Payments add-ons and upgrade to the Business add-on, please see the FAQ below.
How will my billing work if I already have the Video Coaching Add-on and/or the Stripe Integrated Payments add-on and upgrade to the Business add-on?
- Upon purchasing the Business add-on, your Video Coaching add-on and/or Stripe Integrated Payments add-on subscriptions will be cancelled. Existing client products, sales, and video workouts/appointments will not be affected.
- You will be charged a prorated amount for the Business add-on based on the billing cycle date and the credit from your previous Stripe Integrated Payments add-on. You will also be refunded for the remainder of the Video Coaching add-on subscription back to your original payment method. No double charges.
- Upon the next billing cycle, you will be charged the full price for the Business add-on only.
