Trial Products allow you to offer prospective clients a free trial of your services without using an active client seat. They are a great way to introduce prospects to your coaching experience, help them explore your services, and support conversion from prospect to paid client.
Trial Products are available exclusively with the Business Add-On.
What is a Trial Product?
A Trial Product is a free product that can be created through the Business Add-On.
Trial Products allow prospective clients to access your services for a limited time without counting as active coaching clients during the trial period. This helps businesses engage leads, offer a sample of their services, and create a smoother path from prospect to paid client.
Trial Products can include:
- A defined trial duration
- Included sessions, such as PT sessions or classes
- Product start/ end automations
- Direct checkout links for sharing with prospects
Note: Trial Products are only available to new clients.

You can select the actions you want to happen automatically when the trial begins, such as assigning a. program or assigning a trainer.
Product End Automation
When the Trial Product ends, the client is automatically downgraded to a Basic client. Basic clients do not take up active client seats.

If a trial client decides to buy a product on their own or is sold a main/add-on product during their trial period– their trial will run its course before the start of their next product.
Once the new product starts, they will be converted to a coaching or other client type based on the product automation settings of the product purchased.
Do Trial Products Appear in Invoices and Sales History?
Yes! Trial Product information will appear under payments in the invoices, transactions and sales tabs just as they do for other Products.
You can also view an individual client's specific transaction/signup information via their client card on the Sales and Invoices tabs.
