There are several ways to sell products to clients in ABC Trainerize, depending whether clients are new or existing, and how you prefer to manage the purchase experience.
Trainerize.me (Client Self-Purchase)
Best for: Selling to new clients and allowing existing clients to self-purchase.
The fastest and most scalable way to sell products is through your public Trainerize.me profile, which acts as your digital storefront.
From your Trainerize.me profile, you can:
- List Main products and Add-ons
- Share direct product links anywhere (website, email, social media, etc.)
- Allow clients to purchase without needing direct involvement.
Prospective clients can browse your products and purchase instantly by entering their payment details. After purchase, new clients receive an invitation email to set up their account.
Existing clients can also purchase products directly from your Trainerize.me profile. When an existing client makes a purchase through Trainerize.me, it is either instantly added to their account or (if they already have an active product) added to their product queue and starts at a predetermined future date.

Sharing Product and Checkout Links
Best for: Marketing products outside of ABC Trainerize
In addition to listing products publicly on Trainerize.me, you can share direct product and checkout links to specific products. These links can be shared via:
- Email campaigns
- Social media posts
- Websites or landing pages
- Direct messages outside of Trainerize
When someone clicks the link, they're taken directly to the product or checkout link on Trainerize.me, making it easy for them to purchase without browsing your full storefront.

Manual Sale
Best for: Personalized sale after a consult or conversation.
Manual sales allow trainers to initiate a purchase for existing clients directly from your Trainerize web account.
Manual sales are often used:
- After a consultation where a client expresses interest.
- To speed up the buying process without sending clients to browse all offerings.
- When a clients previous product has ended, and they are looking to re-purchase.
- When sell custom or private products you don't want listed publically.
When you manually sell a product to a client, the client receives a message prompting them to approve or decline the purchase.

Send an Offer via Messaging
Best for: Timely upsells, renewals, and program transitions.
Sending an offer via messaging lets you share a direct checkout link to an existing client for a specific product.
This method is commonly used for:
- Renewing clients at the right moment
- Offering upgrades or add-ons
- Guiding clients to the next phase of their training journey
Note: Manual sales are not available for Basic Clients, as this option requires in-app messaging.
These offers are direct links to a specific product's checkout page (on Trainerize.me) that you deliver to a client either as direct message, group message, or as an automated message built into their program calendar. You can attach discount codes to the products as well to offer an extra incentive for clients to buy.
