About sharing a product and sending offers
Sending offers allows you to seamlessly upsell a client to the next training product. It is built into the messaging functionality, so you use:
- By sending an offer while chatting with a client
- Cue it by putting an auto-message on a client's calendar
- Create a program and cue up a sequence of auto-messages that send offers. This works well with automating content delivery with master programs.
How to share a product or offer
You can share a product or offer by clicking on the shopping bag icon when composing a message. This can be a manual message or an auto-message.
Your clients will be sent a preview of the product in the in-app messenger and they can purchase the product directly from there.
