Sending offers allows you to upsell a client to their next training product seamlessly. You can share a product offer within the in-app or web messenger. This allows you to:
- Send an offer while actively chatting with a client.
- Cue an upcoming product offer by adding it to an auto-message on a client's calendar.
- Create a Master Program and cue up a sequence of auto-messages that send offers.
How to Share a Product Via Messenger
You can share a product by clicking on the shopping bag icon when composing a message. This can be a manual message or an auto-message on a Master Program or Client's calendar.
Your clients will see a preview of the product and can purchase it directly from the 'BUY NOW' link as shown below.
