Trainerize Content Libraries are a great resource for trainers who are new to ABC Trainerize or just beginning to build their own programs and workouts. Instead of starting from scratch, you have access to ready-to-edit content that highlights different workout styles and helps you create well-structured, periodized training programs.
Whether you use these pre-build workouts and programs as inspiration or as fully customizable templates, your Master Program and Master Workout Libraries will soon be filled with valuable content. While these workouts and programs are ready to use right away, we recommend reviewing and editing them to align with your own training style and specific needs of your clients.
How to Access the Trainerize Workout Library
To access the Trainerize Workout Library, head into the Master Workouts tab of your web account and select Browse Trainerize Workout Library at the top of the page.
From there, you can browse through more than 70 pre-built workouts, including assessments, warm-ups, and cool-downs. Select a workout and click the Import drop-down to choose between your Shared Workout folder (available to your entire team) or Personal Workout folder.
Each workout includes a description with details outlining what's included. Once imported, you can modify the workout further.
Note on VIDEO workouts: While you can import Video workouts from the Trainerize Workout Library (indicated by "VIDEO" in the workout name), the Video Coaching add-on is required to utilize these on-demand workout videos.
How to Access the Trainerize Program Library
To access the Trainerize Program Library, head into the Master Programs tab of your web account. Click the blue New drop-down button and select Browse Trainerize library.
From there, you can choose from over 60 pre-built Master Programs. Select a program and click the Import drop-down to choose between your Shared Workout folder (available to your entire team) or Personal Workout folder.
Each program includes a summary to help you understand its structure and contents. These summaries can be used for clients, however, they are written for trainers so consider adjusting the language before sharing with clients.
Once imported into your library, you can treat them as your own and further modify the program as needed to better suit your coaching style and client needs. When the program is finalized, subscribe clients directly to the Master Program or copy it onto a clients account.
