You can schedule activities on multiple days at once, repeat activities, and schedule different types of activities at the same time with just a few clicks!
- On your client's profile, select the Calendar Tab and hit the blue SCHEDULE button.
- Select the activity type(s) you would like to schedule from the listed options. Select the date and any repeat options if you would like the activity to be reoccurring.
- Select the blue Add button to schedule the activity on your client's calendar.
What Type of Activities Can I Schedule?
Workout:
- Select a workout from a current training program, build a new WOD (workout of the day), or import a workout from your Master Workout library.
Cardio:
- Select a cardio activity from the drop-down menu and set a desired target.
Body Stats:
- Select a body stat reminder. No additional setup is required.
- Learn more about entering client body stats here.
Photos:
- Select a progress photo reminder. No additional setup is required.
Auto Messages:
- The auto-message tab will prompt you to create your desired auto-message.
- Enter the name of this message sequence (only visible to trainers) and type out the message you would like to send your client.
- Choose the time of day you would like the message to be sent (messages are delivered in the client's local time).
