Entering Body Stats

You can schedule Body Stats reminders into your client's calendar to prompt them to record their measurements on specific dates! Clients will receive an automated reminder on the scheduled day, ensuring they keep track of their progress regularly.

Scheduling a Body Stat Reminder on a Client's Calendar

1. Login to your Trainerize web account
2. Open the client account and select their Calendar tab
   
3. Click on any date you wish to schedule a Body Stats reminder and a dialogue box will appear 
4. Select Body Stats
   
   
5. Click Add

Note: When scheduling a body stat reminder, you can choose to repeat the event on the client's calendar as needed. Only one body stat can be added per calendar day.

Once scheduled, the client will receive the reminder on their dashboard. They will simply select the reminder on the scheduled day to enter the appropriate measurements and stats. 

Entering Body Stats and Measurements for Your Clients

If you would like to enter body stat measurements on behalf of a client, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the client's Calendar tab on their account
2. Select the scheduled body stat reminder from the calendar (body stat reminders must be already scheduled for them to appear)
3. Click on Enter Stats from the pop-up window
   
   
4. Enter the appropriate body stat measurements and click Save
