To deliver a personalized experience for clients and keep them motivated and on track whether you train online, in-person, or both, you can utilize automated messages within the ABC Trainerize platform. These automated messages are designed to enhance client engagement and provide support while streamlining your communication process.
Please note that these automated messages are business-wide and cannot be adjusted for specific clients and/or programs. When turned on, every full-access client will receive the in-app message. Where to Find the Automated In-app Messages
Only account owners/admins have access to view and adjust business-wide automated in-app messages. To access this section:
- Login to your Trainerize web account
- Click on Settings in the bottom left-hand corner
- Under the Advanced Business section, select Auto Messages and Events
- Scroll down to the "Automated In-app Messages" section
Steps to Customize the Automated In-app Messages
By default, these messages are set to "On" with pre-written text. To stop these messages from sending to clients, set the switch option to "Off". To customize these messages:
- Select Customize next to the On/Off toggle
- A dialogue box will appear, allowing you to edit and personalize the message to your preferences
- You can insert "Auto-Fields" such as "First Name" and/or "Last Name" into the body of your message. This will automatically populate your clients first and/or last name when the message is sent. Simply click on the options to insert them, and you will see placeholders {firstName} or {lastName} within the message body.
- Click Save
Note: The entire body of the messages provided by ABC Trainerize can be fully customized. We recommend reviewing each message carefully to ensure that you make adjustment to fit your business process.
