When you sign up with ABC Trainerize, you will start off with a 30-Day Free Trial so you can explore the platform and begin setting up your business- no credit card required. The trial is designed to give you hands-on experience with key features to determine if ABC Trainerize is the right fit for your business.
How to Sign Up for the 30-Day Free Trial
Can I Sign Up Through the Mobile App?
- Visit www.trainerize.com on a web browser to sign up.
- After your account is created, you can log into the mobile app using the same email address and password.
What's Included in the 30-Day Trial?
- Unlimited active clients during the 30-day period
- Workout programs and workout tracking
- Basic in-app nutrition tracking and PDF meal plans
- In-app client messaging and groups
- Digital member profiles with progress tools, compliance metrics, and body measurements
- Mobile app access (iOS and Android)
- Access to help center resources and in-app setup guides
Not included in the trial:
- Paid add-ons such as: Advanced Nutrition Coaching, Stripe Integrated Payments, Video Coaching and Custom Branded App Add-ons
- Unlimited custom exercise video uploads (limited to one upload during trial)
- Editing of Customized Welcome Email and Consultation Form
These advanced features are only available after upgrading to a paid plan. The Custom Branded App add-on is only available on a Pro plan.
What Happens After the Trial Ends
Once your 30-day trial ends, your account will automatically be moved to the Free plan, unless you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription. There will be a banner at the top of your ABC Trainerize web account indicating the days left in your trial period.
- The Free plan only allows one active client on your account. This means that all other clients (with the exception of one) will be downgraded to basic/deactivated clients once the trial period ends if the account is not upgraded to a paid plan with enough client seats.

How to Upgrade to a Paid Plan
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during your free trial or once it ends. You will need to enter valid credit card information to complete your upgrade. ABC Trainerize only accepts credit cards and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. We do not accept direct debit cards or other payment methods. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Log into your Trainerize web account and navigate to Settings > Billing.
- At the top right of the "Base Subscription" section, click UPGRADE NOW.
- Use the toggle at the top of the page to choose the plan that fits your business needs and follow the prompts to complete the upgrade.
- Please note that upgrades take effect immediately.
