When creating a program, the first step is to decide on the type of program you want to build: Phased Master Program or On-Demand Master Program.
Once you've built a program, you will have the option to choose one of 3 labels when subscribing a client to it: Main program, Add-on program, or Client's Personal program.
Main Program
A Main program is the client's primary focus and serves as their core training phase.
- Marked with the "Main" label beneath the program's name within a client's profile.
- Always displayed at the top of the client's Training Program section.
- Can be either a Phased program or On-demand program type.
- Clients can only have one main program at a time.
Client's Personal Phased Program
A Client's Personal Phased program is a custom-built program designed with back-to-back training phases.
- Marked with the client's first name in front of the program name in their calendar and profile.
- Client programs can only be phased programs. They cannot be converted to an on-demand program.
- If a client does not have a Main Program, their Personal Phased program will automatically become their Main program.
- A client can only have one Personal Phased program at a time.
Add-On Program
An Add-on Program is most often used to provide additional services or supplementary workouts alongside a client's Main and/or Personal Phased program.
- Marked with a "🔗" (link) symbol.
- Can be either a Phased or On-Demand program type.
- Multiple Add-on programs can be subscribed at once.
FAQ
Q: How do I remove a client's Personal Phased program?
- There is no way to directly unsubscribe a client's Personal Phased program like you would with a Main or Add-on program (i.e. using the three-dot icon > unsubscribe). To remove a client's Personal Phased program, all training phases within that program have to be deleted manually. Once all training phases have been removed, the client will no longer see their Personal Phased program.
Q: My client is not going to have a Personal Phased program, but I still see it on their account. How do I remove it?
- If the client's Personal Phased program does not contain any training phases, it will remain visible to trainers but hidden from the client's view. Trainers will always be able to view the empty Personal Phased program under the Training Program tab on the client's profile, but clients will not see the empty program on their end.
