If you’re experiencing issues with ABC Trainerize (such as pages not loading, features not working, or app crashes), please try these necessary troubleshooting steps before contacting our Support team.
First Steps (Web and Mobile)
1. Check Known Issues
Before troubleshooting, check if it is a known issue our team is aware of and working on here.
2. Check System Requirements
Make sure your device and software meet the Minimum System Requirements for ABC Trainerize. Outdated devices, operating systems, or browsers can cause issues.
3. Check Your Internet Connection and Network Settings
Connection issues or third-party network tools can cause issues such as slow loading, syncing errors, login issues, or features not working as expected.
If you're still experiencing issues, try the following:
Check your internet connection & test internet speed: Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile network. Try switching networks, restarting your modem/router, or moving closer for a better signal. Use a speed test website to check your connection. Contact your provider if speeds are low.
Disable VPN or proxy services: VPNs, proxy servers, and network security filters can interfere with how ABC Trainerize connects. Temporarily disable any VPN apps, browser-based VPN extensions, or network-level VPN/firewall settings, then close and reopen the app or browser.
Try a different network: If possible, connect to another Wi-Fi network, use a mobile hotspot, or test from a different location to determine if the issue is network-specific.
