How Often Are New Exercises Added?
The ABC Trainerize exercise library is updated on an ongoing basis. New exercises may be added as part of:
- Feature releases
- Content updates
- Performance and coaching enhancements
There is no fixed scheduled, but our team regularly introduces new exercises to the Trainerize Exercise Library to ensure the library continues to evolve with industry best practices and customer feedback. When a new exercise collection has been released, you will receive an email announcing the new content.

You can find newly added exercises directly in your ABC Trainerize Exercise Library. The easiest way to locate them is to first filter by the Trainerize library, then apply additional filters to narrow your results.

What Are the Newest Exercises Added to ABC Trainerize?
Latest Release: Combo Exercise Collection (January 2026)
Our latest release includes 350 brand new combo exercises. Combo exercises are multi-movement exercises that combine two movements into a single, continuous exercise, allowing you to train multiple muscle groups within one exercise slot.
