Once you have set up your clients nutrition goals, selected how/if they will track calories and macros, you can review and monitor your clients nutrition compliance to help keep them on track.
What is Nutrition Compliance?
ABC Trainerize calculates a client's weekly nutrition compliance score based on the number of days a client achieves their daily nutrition goal.

You can set a nutrition goal achievement range to determine how strict or flexible compliance tracking should be.
- Nutrition compliance is only calculated if the client has a daily nutrition goal set up with active tracking via MyFitnessPal, Fitbit, or the in-app tracker.
- A client must hit all nutrition goals in order to be compliant for that day. Example, if a client is tracking calories and full macros as apart of their nutrition goal– they must hit all calorie and macro targets within the set variance to be compliant for that day.

Review many clients' nutrition compliance at once from your client dashboard:
- From the overview page, navigate to the Clients' tab > Click the Nutrition tab located above your client list to view all clients nutrition compliance at a glance.
View Detailed Nutrition Insights and Nutrition Compliance for Individual Clients:
Review an individual client's nutrition compliance via the Nutrition Centre on their client profile.
The nutrition centre (found via the progress tab) combines all the key nutrition metrics into one easy-to-use dashboard, making it simpler to view, and track your clients nutrition compliance.

- Navigate to a Clients Profile > Click the Progress tab > Select Nutrition Centre from the menu options.
What Insights Can I See About My Client's Nutrition From the Nutrition Centre?
Here is a breakdown of the widgets that you can see in the nutrition centre:

- Displays a client's recommended daily and weekly caloric intake, alongside the recommended daily macro split (if clients are tracking macros) related to a client's nutrition goal.

- Displays the total number of meals logged by a client throughout the week, as well as the proportion of each meal type logged: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack.
