What Clients Experience During a Video Call
Here's what your clients (and you) can expect when joining a Video Call session in ABC Trainerize:
- Both the coach and the clients can join up to 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- In group sessions, clients will be placed in a waiting room until the coach joins. Once the coach starts the call, everyone is brought in automatically.
- In group sessions, all participants can see and hear each other, unless someone is muted.
- There is no in-call chat feature, so any instructions or guidance should be delivered verbally.
- Video calls cannot be recorded.
