Understanding the Master Program Folders
As your business grows, ensuring a consistent training experience across your team becomes crucial. The Master Programs library includes three folders to help you manage, organize, and share programs across your business:
- Shared Folder
- Personal Folder
- Browse By Trainer Folder
With these folders, you can share templates, build custom programs, or borrow training material from other trainers in your organisation- saving time and streamlining client experience. This structure is particularly useful for new trainers by allowing them access to quality programming from day one.
Shared Master Program Folder
- Contains programs added by the Owner or Admins.
- Accessible to all trainers across the business.
- Only the Owner and Admin can edit Master Programs in the Shared Folder.
- Trainers can copy Master Programs from the Shared Folder to their Personal Folder to customize them without altering the original template.
Personal Master Program Folder
- Contains programs built and customized by the individual trainer/account.
- Programs in this folder are private to the account holder unless shared with the team.
- Only the Owner and Admin can move programs from a trainer's Personal Folder into the Shared folder to make them available business-wide.
Browse by Trainer Folder
- Available to the Owner, Admins, and Managers (at assigned location).
- Provides visibility into programs created by other trainers.
- Shared trainer and Regular trainer roles cannot access this folder.
Admin and Owner Permissions
Individuals with Admin or Owner roles can:
- View, copy, and move all Master Programs created across the company.
- Add, edit, and remove Master Programs from the Shared Folder.
