How to Create a Habit Program
You can create a habit routine by scheduling habits within a phased Master Program. Habit scheduling for Client Programs is not supported at this time.
1. Log into your ABC Trainerize web account and navigate to the Master Program library from the left menu.
2. Select a Master Program from your Shared or Personal folder.
3. Click the Calendar tab from the menu options to open the program calendar.

4. Select the blue SCHEDULE button on the top right of the program calendar and select Habit from the dropdown.
5. In the pop-up window, select a Habit Category from the menu and choose a habit to add.
- You can also add custom habits to your Master Program. If you haven't made any custom habits yet– click here to learn how!
6. Next, configure the habit routine details:
- Set the start date, duration and days of the week you want the client to practice the habit routine.
- Some habits may have additional settings such as the number of meals per day, portion guides, or portion sizes. These settings are specific to different habit types and vary between categories.
7. Click ADD to schedule the habit into your Master Program!
How to Edit a Habit Routine
To edit an existing habit routine scheduled on a Master Program calendar:
1. Navigate to your desired Master Program Calendar and select one of the Scheduled Habits to modify the habit routine.
2. Select the three-dot menu and click Edit from the drop-down.
3. This will bring up a window where you can edit the details of your habit routine. After making adjustments hit the blue UPDATE button.
4. After hitting UPDATE, the edits you have made to your habit routine will be reflected in the program master calendar.
- These changes will be reflected for all clients subscribed to the Master Program.
How to Delete a Habit Routine
To delete a habit routine scheduled on a Master Program calendar:
1. Navigate to your desired Master Program Calendar and select one of the Scheduled Habits to modify the habit routine.
2. Select the three-dot menu and click Delete from the drop-down.
3. Click the red CONFIRM button to delete the habit routine from your Master Program calendar.
4. After hitting CONFIRM, your habit routine will be removed from the Master Program calendar as shown below.

These changes will be reflected for all clients subscribed to the Master Program.
Subscribing Clients to a Habit Program
Since habit routines exist inside of Master Programs, subscribing clients to habit programs follows the same steps as subscribing clients to a regular Master Program. We will cover how to do so below:
From the Master Program Library
1. Navigate to the Master Programs Library and select the program you want to subscribe clients to.
2. Click the Summary & Subscribers tab and hit the blue ADD SUBSCRIBERS button.
3. Select clients from the dropdown and set the Program Start Date and Program Type.
4. Hit the blue SUBSCRIBE button.
From the Clients Tab
1. Navigate to the Clients tab from the left menu.
2. Select the clients you want to subscribe to your program.
3. Click the three-dot menu (...) near the top of the page and select Subscribe to master program from the drop-down.
4. Choose the folder your program is saved in and select the Master Program.
5. Set the Program Start Date and Program Type (Main or Add-on) and hit the blue SUBSCRIBE button.
