Known Issue: Calendar Sync Screen is Missing Upon Sign-In

We are working on a known issue where the calendar syncing screen lags during mobile app sign-in. To ensure a smooth user experience, we have temporarily removed the ability to sync your device's calendar via the onboarding sign-in screen as our team works to resolve the issue. To sync your device's calendar, you can now only do so via the in-app settings section as detailed below.


How to Sync Your Calendar via the "More" Section

You can sync your calendar via the More section once signed into the mobile app. Follow these steps to do so:

  1. Navigate to the More section on the mobile app
  2. Under 'My Settings', select Appointment Sync
  3. Allow access to your device
  4. Select the email or calendar you would like to sync appointments to
