Custom Exercise Videos (Free)
Custom exercise videos are instructional demonstrations for specific exercises in your Exercise library. All paid accounts can upload custom exercise videos, while free plans are limited to one upload. Learn how to add your own custom exercises here!
There are two types of custom exercise videos that you can create: Trainerize Video Drive exercise videos and Youtube exercise videos.
Trainerize Video Drive Exercise Videos:
- Duration: Up to 5 minutes long
- File size limit: 500MB
- Upload requirements: .mov or .mp4
- Video orientation: Landscape or portrait
- Plan: Included in 30-day free trial and paid plans
Youtube Exercise Videos:
- Duration: No time limit
- Youtube video support: Standard video and Youtube shorts
- Plan: Included in 30-day free trial and paid plans
Note: The upload of custom exercise videos (Trainerize Video Drive or Youtube) is available for 30-day trial and paid plans only. Free plans are limited to only one upload.
Video Workouts
Video workouts are part of the paid Video Coaching Add-on. Video workouts are ideal for delivering full workout classes or longer instructional videos, allowing clients to follow along with your instructions in real-time.
- Duration: Up to 60 minutes long
- File Size Limit: 5GB
- Upload requirements: .mov or .mp4
- Video orientation: Landscape or portrait
- Cost: Available through the Video Coaching Add-on
