I've Purchased My Pro Custom Branded App. What's Next?

Congratulations on your purchase of the Pro Custom Branded App with ABC Trainerize! We understand that you're eager to get started, and we're here to guide you through the next steps after your purchase. Follow this step-by-step guide to ensure a seamless transition into using your newly acquired app.

Step 1: Locate the Publisher in the Add-ons Tab

After successfully purchasing your custom branded app, navigate to the Add-ons > Custom Branded App tab within your ABC Trainerize account. In this tab, you'll find the Publisher feature, which is now enabled for you as the proud owner of the custom app.

Step 2: Submit Your Assets

As you upload your assets. you can use the preview feature to see how your app will look with the new branding elements. To read more on how to submit your assets, please view our article Pro Custom Branded App: How to submit my request?

Step 3: Confirm and Submit for Approval

After ensuring that everything looks perfect, submit your customized app for approval. Our team will review the submitted assets to guarantee they meet the necessary guidelines. This ensures a consistent and high-quality experience for all users.

Once your app customization is approved, you will be notified via email that your app is ready to go live and will be provided the option to notify your clients! Please note that the turnover time from submitting the assets to release is approximately 8 weeks, but may be subject to seasonality.

What if My Self Publisher or App Links are Missing?

If you navigate to your Add-ons > Custom Branded App tab and find that either the Publisher or your app links are not available, it could be attributed to one of the following reasons:

  1. You purchased the add-on but did not submit your assets before your app downgraded.
  2. You've successfully completed this process in the past and you are attempting to rebrand but your account has since downgraded. 

Note: When your account downgrades, your app will also be downgraded and removed from the store(s).
