Known Issue: ABC Trainerize Application Runs Slowly, Uses Excessive Battery, or Runs into Performance Related Issues When an Apple Watch is Connected

We are currently working on a known issue affecting some users regarding the ABC Trainerize mobile application running slowly, using high amounts of the device's battery, or having other performance related issues when tracking workouts in the app - this will occur particularly for some users who have connected an Apple Watch to their application.

As a temporary work around, if you or your clients are experiencing this issue and have an Apple Watch connected to the app, disabling the ABC Trainerize Apple Watch application may resolve the issue while our team further investigates and resolves the issue.

Issue Summary:

Some users have reported that while tracking a workout via the mobile application while also having an Apple Watch Connected, the ABC Trainerize app may run slowly, use high amount of the device's battery, or experience other performance related issues.

Temporary Workaround:

Disabling the ABC Trainerize Apple Watch Integration:

  1. From the client's iPhone, tap on the Watch app. 
  2. Then, scroll down and tap on the Fitness App option.
  3. Next, disable switch for the Show app on the Apple Watch
