Auto Client Tags: Attending To Clients Needing Attention

Auto client tags in ABC Trainerize help you proactively identify clients who need attention, allowing your team to stay on top of client engagement. These clients are automatically highlighted on your Overview page and tagged based on their specific needs. You can also filter by these auto-tags in your client list for better management.

In this article, we'll explain how the auto-tags work to identify clients who need some attention.

Red Auto-Tags

Red auto-tags signify more urgent situations that require more immediate attention. These include:

  • Haven't set up account: This tag appears when a client hasn't completed their account setup within 3 days of being added. It's always a good idea to ensure the client has checked their spam or junk folders for the invitation email. You can also manually resend the client's invitation email from their client profile card. For detailed instructions on how to do so, see: How do I resend the client Invitation, Consultation Form or Reset Password?
  • Main program expired: Indicates that a client's main program has ended and is expired.
  • Add-on program expired: Indicates that a client's add-on program has ended and is expired.

Orange Auto-Tags

Orange auto-tags flag clients that need attention but are less urgent. These include:

  • Failing payments: A client's latest invoice attempt has failed and is in the dunning state.
  • Not Signed In Lately: The client has not signed in for more than 7 days. This auto-tag threshold can be adjusted under Settings > Auto-Client tags.
  • Main Program expiring: The client's Main Program is about to come to an end.
  • Add-on Program expiring: The client's Add-on Program is about to come to an end.
  • Not Messaged Lately: The client has not received an in-app message for more than one week (including auto-messages). This auto-tag threshold can be adjusted under Settings > Auto-Client tags.
  • Not Responded Lately: The client has not responded to an in-app message for more than one week (including auto-messages). This auto-tag threshold can be adjusted under Settings > Auto-Client tags.
  • Low workout compliance: Flags clients that are below the workout compliance threshold.
  • Low nutrition compliance: Flags clients that are below the nutrition compliance threshold.

Grey Auto-Tags

Grey auto-tags do not require immediate attention but are useful for monitoring client accounts. These include:

  • With nutrition goal: Indicates that a client has a nutrition goal set up.

Encouraging Client Engagement

To promote app usage and client engagement, consider the following strategies:

  • Encourage clients to check in as they work out. The app displays previous stats, motivating clients to improve each time.
  • Send routine follow-up and encouragement messages to prompt in-app replies.
  • Document your clients' progress with photo in the app.

Our trainers have noticed that the more frequently a client relies on the app, the more indispensable your online service becomes, leading to higher customer renewal rates.
