You can download the ABC Trainerize mobile app directly from the Apple App Store (iPhone) and Google Play Store (Android).
For Trainers: Once downloaded, log in using the same email and password you use for your ABC Trainerize web account.
For Clients: When you add a client to your ABC Trainerize account, they automatically receive a welcome email with a link to download the ABC Trainerize fitness app and set up their account.
Custom Branded Apps
If you have purchased a Pro Custom Branded App:
- The iOS App Store link remains the same as the standard ABC Trainerie mobile app. Once a client logs into the app, your custom branding will be applied upon first sign-in.
- The Google Play Store link will be a standalone app link unique to your business.
If you have a Studio/Enterprise Custom Branded App, both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store links will be standalone listings for your branded app.
How To Find The App Store Links
To find your mobile app store links:
1. Log in to your ABC Trainerize web account
you have purchased for the Custom Branded Fitness App the link to the Google Play store will be different.
To find the link to your custom Google Play Store app listing, click on the "Addons" button from the side menu, then "Custom Branded Mobile App" from the list of options.
You will see two links, one for the iOS store and one for the Google Play store. Custom Branded Fitness Apps use the same iOS link as the regular Trainerize app. However, the link to your Google Play app will be different than the regular Trainerize app store link.
You can copy the link and share it with client by clicking the "Copy" button.
