Within a Regular workout, you can combine exercises to create supersets or circuits:
- Supersets: Build out a traditional superset with no rest between exercises and a rest between each superset.
- Circuits: Build out a mini-circuit of exercises and rest blocks within a regular workout. Any inline rest periods will be preserved.
Grouping Exercises As a Superset
- Navigate to the workout builder screen by creating a new workout or editing an existing workout.
- Select the exercises that you wish to superset.
- From the workout builder menu, select Superset.
One inline rest is added by default to a superset. You can change its value, as well as the number of sets in the superset:
To add multiple rests in a Superset, add more than one inline rest to a Superset by changing the value of zeroed-out inline rests:
Click Save in the top right corner when finished.
Grouping Exercises As A Circuit
- Navigate to the workout builder screen by creating a new workout or editing an existing workout.
- Select the exercises that you wish to circuit.
- From the workout builder menu, select Circuit.
Inline rests remain the same. You can change its value and/or the number of rounds:
If you wish to change the rest time, simply change the value of the inline rest of each exercise. Select None if you wish not to have rest time between exercises.
Click Save in the top right corner when finished.
