Through our partnership with Les Mills, you can access a diverse selection of high-quality, on-demand programs and video classes directly through ABC Trainerize.
Once subscribed to an on-demand program, clients will be able to access the library of workouts on the app. They can start a session at any time or can schedule workouts into their upcoming calendar to create personalized fitness routines.
With Les Mills content available right at their fingertips, clients can simply press play and dive into their favorite classes whenever and wherever they choose, bringing unparalleled convenience and variety to their training.
After each workout, clients can rate their experience and leave comments, helping you keep track of their progress and refine their fitness journey.
Where is the Les Mills Content Available?
Integrating LES MILLS with your ABC Trainerize account gives you access to a library of on-demand workout videos, made possible through our Video Coaching add-on.
Once connected, the LES MILLS content can be accessed through the Master Program and Master Workout Shared Libraries, indicated by a lock icon:
Important Information About the Les Mills Content
The Les Mills content is updated/changed on a quarterly basis. Because of this:
- Content Cannot be Moved or Copied: The Les Mills content is only available within the Master Program and Master Workout Library. The programs and workouts cannot be copied or moved.
- On-Demand Programs Only: The Les Mills Master Programs are On-Demand Programs and not Phased Programs.

Subscribing Clients to Les Mills Programs: Clients can only be subscribed to Les Mills programs via the Master Program Library directly.
