Trainers can create groups and invite other trainers and clients to join them. They can also turn on group activity, so participants in the group can see workout information and personal bests from their peers.

1. @ MENTION CLIENTS FOR ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Use the "@" symbol to mention clients in a group when they hit a new personal best or achievement. This sends a direct notification to their phone, letting them know someone is giving a shoutout in the group!
- Encourage other group members to do the same to boost camaraderie and foster a supportive community.
- When you post something new, the default text includes "@everyone", ensuring all group members receive a notification. If the post is purely informational or doesn't require a notification, you can leave this out.
2. SHARE WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WODS):
- Easily share a Workout of the Day in your group chat! This can be a standalone workout separate for the group's Master Program!
- When a client is completing a WOD at the same time as another client, they will both be notified, sparking motivation and a bit of friendly competition!
- Trainers and clients can easily find these workouts under the Summary tab for easy access, even if they missed the original post.
