Once you've created a program, the next step is assigning it to a client. Programs can be given to clients by selling a product with automation, or manually subscribing the program to the client. Before doing so, it's important to understand the two ways in which a client can be subscribed to a product.
Subscribing a Client to a Master Program
When you subscribe a client to a Master Program, you are connecting that client to the program. Any updates made to the Master Program will automatically apply to all subscribed clients.
When Should I Use the Subscribe Option?
- Ideal for "one size fits all" programs, where individual customizations for specific clients are not needed.
- Great for managing large groups of clients effectively since updates/changes to the Master Program are reflected for all subscribed clients.
- Allows you to update all subscribed clients at once instead of making changes individually.
How to Subscribe a Client to a Master Program
Under the Master Program tab, click on the three-dot menu to the right of the program name and then select Add Subscribers.
Copying a Master Program to a Client
Copying a program created a standalone version of that program within the client's profile. Changes made to the original Master Program will not affect the copied version, allowing for full customization of that original Master Program "template" from the client's account specifically. You can think of coping a program as the "copy and paste" function for texts on a device.
When Should I Use the Copy Option?
- Best for customized programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Useful if you have Master Program templates that require specific adjustments for clients.
- Allows trainers to modify existing programs without affecting the original version in Master Programs.
How to Copy a Program
From the Master Program tab, select the three-dot menu to the right of the program name and click Copy to > Client's Program.
