Congrats! You now have your very own Studio Custom Branded App! 🎉

You've just received your new Studio Custom Branded App, what's next? 🤔

Your Studio Custom Branded app is now available across a wide range of devices and is supported by both Android and IOS operating systems. First your clients must download the app from the App Store (IOS) or the Google Play Store (Android).


Communicating the app change to your clients 📣

We know it can be difficult to communicate your app change to clients. This is why we've created some graphics that you can download and share on social media or in your email marketing campaigns to make it easier to communicate the change with your clients.

After you download the images feel free to edit the color scheme and add your custom screenshots that you received via email from your Trainerize Onboarding Specialist. (You may need to use a platform like Canva or Photoshop to complete these edits).

Updating download links on your website and socials 🔗

You may have links on your website, social media accounts or emails that make it easier for existing clients to sign into the app. If this is the case, make sure that you update the links so new clients will download the correct app. You can find the links to your custom branded app within your profile tab (at the top right) on the web app.




Look for an email from your Onboarding Specialist 📩

As soon as your Studio Custom Branded app has been published your Onboarding Specialist will reach out to you via email to notify you of this update. Included in this email will be custom branded screenshots of the app that you can also utilize in social media and your website! 


Additional Recommendations and Best Practices

Once you have your clients onboarded to your new app, you will likely want to show them how to use it. You can accomplish this by creating your very own "How to use your Fitness App" video on Loom or Youtube and inserting that link into your Site Wide Auto Messages!


⭐️ TZ TIP: You can create a Group on Trainerize labeled "App Support Videos" to share links to future "How To" videos you create to showcase new app features and how you want your clients to utilize them!
