What To Do After Receiving Your Studio Custom Branded App 🤔
Your Studio Custom Branded App is now live and accessible on both Android and iOS devices. To get started, make sure your clients download the app from the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). Follow our help article here for more details on how to download your app once it's ready.
Look for an Email from your Implementation Specialist 📩
Once your Studio Custom Branded app is published, your Implementation Specialist will notify you via email. This email will include screenshots of your app that you can use for your social media and website announcements.
Communicating the App Change To Your Clients 📣
We know it can be difficult to communicate your app change to clients. To make this easier, we've created ready-to-use graphics that you can share on social media or in email campaigns to help spread the word about your new app.

Updating Download Links on Your Website and Socials
If you have download links on your website, social media, or emails that direct clients to the app, make sure to update these points to your new Studio CBA! You can find the links to your app within the Profile tab (top right corner) of your ABC Trainerize web account:
Additional Recommendations and Best Practices
After onboarding your clients to the new app, consider creating a "How to Use The App" video guide using Loom or Youtube! You can then link this video in your site-wide auto messages to help clients navigate the new app features.
⭐️ TZ TIP: Create a group on ABC Trainerize labeled "App Support Videos" to share links to future "How To" videos, showcasing new app features and guiding clients on how to use them effectively.
