When a client is subscribed to multiple programs, the calendar tab allows you to view all of their program activities colour-coded to easily manage their programs!
Open the client's profile and navigate to their Calendar tab. At the top left, you will notice a list of programs that are assigned to the client:
In the example below, the client is subscribed to two programs, a Master Program and a Custom program. Each program is depicted by a colour-coded legend:
When you unselect one of the programs, it disappears from the calendar. Select it again, and it will reappear.
