When scheduling workouts via the mobile app you have the option to Import workouts from your master workout library. This feature will add the workout to the days you have chosen without adding it to the current training phase. Please note: The Import master workout is only available for Trainers
Once you have opened a Client's Dash, selected the + icon, and selected Workout you should see the option to Import master workout
From there you will see the option to choose from your Personal Library or your Shared Library
You can then select a Workout from the list based on the Library you choose.
After selecting the Workout, you have the option to either Start Now or Add it to the particular days you have chosen.
