Flexible Meal Planner

Please note: the Flexible Meal Planner (Beta) is available on app version 8.10 and above. 

How do I create and assign a flexible meal plan? 

• Navigate to a client's profile, select the Meal Plan tab from the menu options > 
   
• Select Create flexible meal plan > Hit the LET'S START button >
   
    
• Set the details of your client’s nutrition goal (below) > Hit Save
  • The type of nutrition goal (Calories only, Calories and Protein, Calories and Fill Macros) 
  • The calories and variance 
  • If tracking macros, set the macro split by percentage or by grams. 
  • Select how your client will track meal details (In-app or through an integration)  
    
     
      
• Add recipes to your client's flexible meal plan by dragging and dropping them from the meal library 
   
   
• Add Additional days to the meal plan by hitting the (+) icon, repeat previous step to add recipes to each day of the meal plan. 
  
  OR 
   
• Hit the Duplicate button to add a duplicate of that day to the meal plan.  
  
  
   
• Use the search bar or filters to search the recipe library for specific recipes by name/ingredient, specific macros/calories, or by meal type.
  
  
   
• If desired, adjust the serving size for different meal meals within the meal plan by clicking the meal > Selecting the adjusted serving size from the menu options > Hit SAVE SERVING
  
  
   
• Once you are satisfied with your flexible meal plan > Hit Publish to assign to a client 
   
  OR 
   
• Hit Save As Draft to continue working on the meal plan without assigning to your client. 

Edit or delete a flexible meal plan (web): 

• You can edit or delete a flexible meal plan that has been assigned to a client OR a flexible meal plan that has been Saved as a Draft:  
   
  • Navigate to your client's profile > Select the Meal Plan tab > 
     
    • Click the Edit button to re-open the meal plan builder and modify the meal plan.  
       
       
      OR   
       
    • Hit the Delete Button to permanently delete the client's flexible meal plan. 
       
       

Copy an existing flexible meal plan to other clients: 
 

• Navigate to your client's profile > Select the Meal Plan tab > Cick the Copy To Clients button 
  
  
   
• Select the client's you would like to copy and assign this meal plan to from the drop down menu > Hit Copy.  
   
  

What will my clients see with a flexible meal plan? 
 

Their assigned meal plan in the mobile app:

• Goals based on how you set them (calories, protein, or full macros, meal types, and serving sizes)
   
• Ability to preview and log meals directly from the plan
