The Calendar Availability feature allows each trainer to define the hours they're available for appointments that clients can self-book. This calendar availability applies to 1-on-1 appointments only. If you're offering group sessions or classes, these must be scheduled by the trainer first in order for clients to self-book a spot.
As a trainer, you can still manually schedule a session on behalf of a client, and your self-booking availability settings will not apply. Trainers manually scheduling appointments have the full capability to schedule at any given time.
Availability Settings Must be Set Individually
Each team member (Owner, Admin, Manager, Shared Trainer, Regular Trainer) must set their own availability. Owners or Admins cannot override and set availability on their end for their team.
This setting, unlike the company-wide booking window, is unique to each trainer and must be configured by logging into their own account and updating their personal calendar availability.
How To Set Calendar Availability
1. On your ABC Trainerize web account, navigate to Calendar > Availability.
2. Next, you will see the Default Availability page. On this page, you will notice that there are four ways to set your calendar booking availability:
1. Vacation
2. Date Specific
3. Appointment Type Specific
4. General
The locations to set them are outlined below:
Once you set your availability clients will see your available days highlighted in blue when they self-book. (more on client self-booking here)
