You can attach a meal plan PDF to your client's profile to share personalized nutrition or wellness guidance alongside their training program. This is a great way to provide structured plans, recipes, or guidelines directly within their app experience.
1. Log in to your ABC Trainerize web account and open your client's profile.
2. From the left-hand menu, select Meal Plan.
3. Click Attach a meal plan PDF. The maximum file size is 20MB.
4. Choose the PDF you'd like to upload from your device. You will have the option to rename the file before uploading it onto your client's account. Click Confirm when you're done.
5. Once uploaded, you'll see the attached meal plan listed in your view.
Your clients will be able to access the attached PDF directly in the Meal Plan tab of their mobile app:
How to Delete or Replace an Attached Meal Plan PDF
There are two ways to replace or update a client's existing meal plan PDF:
Manually:
- Navigate to the clients meal plan tab on the web and select Remove on the top right of the meal plan preview.
- Upload the new PDF following the same steps above.
Through Product Automation:
- If the client's meal plan is delivered as part of a product purchase, you can setup first purchase or product start automation to attach any meal plan PDF to the product.
- This will replace an existing PDF on the client's profile with the new one.
