In this article, you will learn how to create a group or class event type that includes video calling, so you can connect with multiple clients at once.
1. Navigate to Settings > Event Types and select the Group/Classes tab.
2. Click the blue NEW button to create a new group appointment.
3. In the pop-up window, enter the following information:
- Name: This is the title of your group/class that clients will see.
- Duration: Choose between 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes.
- Number of clients: Set how many participants can join the video session (min 2 clients, max 49 clients).
- Format: Choose virtual (in-app video call) to enable video functionality.
Additional options:
- Enable require session credits for paid appointments.
- Allow clients to cancel or reschedule.
- Make available for clients to self-book.
4. Once you'd filled in the details, click ADD to save your new virtual group class.
