Once a meal has been added, the next step is to save the meal to your favorites tab! Tap into the meal that you have just logged for the day, click on the three-dot menu, and then select Save to favorites as shown below:
To find your saved meals, go to add a meal as usual and then select the Favorites tab at the bottom right of the screen. In the Favorites tab, all saved meals will appear. You can select the meal of choice and then tap Log:
