Clients can easily find the right workout for their schedule and equipment setup by using filters in their Training Program view on the mobile app. With just a few taps, they can narrow down the list of workouts based on duration and equipment required, making it easier to plan, stay motivated, and feel confident heading into their next session.
What Can Be Filtered?
- Duration: Only one time filter can be selected at once (e.g. 25 minutes)
- Equipment: Clients can select multiple equipment types to find workout that match what they have (e.g., Dumbbells and Mini Bands).
In the example below, the client is filtering by "25 minutes" and "Dumbbells" to view only the workouts that match both criteria.
How to Filter Workouts in a Program
1. Under the Kettlebell (Program) icon, tap on the Filter button at the top right of the workout section.
2. Choose the desired filters.
3. Once the filters have been applied, the workout list will refresh, and clients can select the workout they wish to complete.
