Adding Paid Appointments to Products
Below are examples of how to incorporate paid appointment types into different types of products, including Session Pack products:
Example: Main Product with Paid Appointments
- A $500/month package with a bundle of services is listed in the product description.
- Includes two in-person personal training sessions per month, set to expire each month. This encourages clients to use their two sessions before they expire. You can decide whether to let sessions expire or not.
- This is the best option for bundling sessions with other main services.
Example: Add-on Product with Paid Appointments
- Add-on products with sessions are great if you want clients to self-purchase sessions as needed.
- Can be sold alongside a Main Product, if the core product does not include training sessions. This allows you to keep pricing more affordable for clients, who can purchase an additional product as needed.
- Add-on products, along with Main products, can have start and end dates and can be queued up for the future.
Example: Session Pack Product
- No start or end date, therefore there is no duration of session pack products.
- Cannot be set as an upcoming product. Sessions are available to clients immediately after purchasing and cannot be queued up to start in the future.
- Session packs can only be paid for as a one-time purchase (no recurring option).
- Up to 10 pricing options for different appointments within the session product. Clients can choose which pricing option they would like to purchase:
- For example: If you're selling a pack of 1 hour personal training sessions, you can give your clients the option to buy 5 sessions for $1500 ($100 per session) or 10 sessions for $900 ($90 per session which means you're giving a 10% discount to clients that are committing to more sessions upfront).
Example of a Session Pack Product
Once you've created a product with sessions, the next step is to sell it to your clients! You can do this by sharing a direct product link, adding it to the client's profile manually, or allowing clients to purchase themselves.
