If your clients are receiving an error message saying “Sign in to confirm you’re not a bot” or if they see a blank screen when trying to play a YouTube exercise video in the mobile app, this typically means YouTube needs to verify their account before allowing playback.
To fix this issue:
1. Sign in to YouTube in the app:
Tap the Sign In button on the video screen error message.
Enter your Google/YouTube account credentials.
Once signed in, the video should play normally.
2. Disable any VPNs or proxy services:
If you’re using a VPN, turn it off temporarily.
Re-open the exercise video after disabling the VPN.
