Encourage your clients to track their water intake to help them stay properly hydrated! Proper hydration boosts muscle function, recovery, and overall performance– meaning your clients will be better fuelled to hit their goals! 

With the in-app water tracker, building this simple habit becomes even easier, leading to noticeable improvements in results and daily energy levels.
 

Enable or disable the Water Tracking feature:  

1. The water tracker is a client side feature only and is enabled by default for all your clients 
    
2. If you wish to disable the Water Tracking feature for clients you can navigate to the Settings tab 
    
3. Select the Permissions tab from the secondary column menu 
    
4. Scroll to the Other section > uncheck Enable Water tracking for clients.
   
   
    
5. Scroll down and hit the blue SAVE button to save the changes you've made in your permissions to enable/disable the Water Tracker for your client's in app.
   
   

What do my clients see when I enable Water Tracker: 

The clients are able to track their water intake via their dashboard in-app:

How to track water intake (clients only): 
 

1. Tap Track Water on the client dashboard >
   
   
   
    
2. Quick Select a previous amount of water tracked by tapping the number OR in-put a custom amount > Hit Apply (if in-putting a custom amount) >  Hit Save to track 
   
       

How view/edit water tracking history (client):  

View on Mobile: 
 

Tap Track Water on the client dashboard > Hit the Clock Icon in the upper right hand corner to view History. 

      
 

View on Web:

How to edit water tracking history (Client - mobile only):  

1. Tap Track Water on the client dashboard 
    
2. Hit the Clock Icon in the upper right hand corner to view History 
    
3. Tap an entry to modify the tracked amount OR Swipe left to delete an entry 
    
4. Hit apply (if modifying an entry) > Hit the Save button 
   
         

How to change units of measurement (client - mobile only): 

1.  Navigate to the settings by hitting the (...) button at the bottom of the screen > Scroll down to My Settings > Select Units > 
    
2. Under Water choose from Millilitres (ml) or Ounces (oz):
