Referrals are one of the most effective ways to grow your business. With the built-in Client Referrals feature, you can empower your existing clients to refer friends right from their mobile app using a customizable message and shareable link, helping you grow your client base effortlessly.

Steps to Enable Client Referrals

From the ABC Trainerize web account, navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu.

Select the Client Referrals tab from the 'Advanced Business' menu options.

Toggle ON Client Referrals.
Add your custom link under the 'Sign Up Page' section. This is the link where referred clients will be directed.
For the best experience, we recommend using your External Events link. This way, client referrals can easily book a session with you right after being referred! Visit to learn how to set up your shareable booking link.

Customize the referral message your clients will send. This is the message that will appear when they share your link.
- Click Save to activate.
How Clients Can Share Your Referral Link
Once enabled, clients will see a referral banner on their mobile app dashboard. When tapped, they can easily send your referral message and link using their preferred messaging apps, like SMS or WhatsApp. Easy sharing, more referrals!
