You can easily stream on-demand video workouts from your mobile device to any Android TV or Chromecast-enabled device, making it easier and more engaging to follow along!
1. Start the Video Workout by tapping Start Now.
2. On the workout screen, tap the video to reveal the player bar. At the bottom right, tap the Cast icon.
3. On the next screen, select the Android TV or Chromecast device you would like to cast to.
- For Chromecast on Apple iOS14+, it will ask for permission first, and then it will load the list of devices. Once you allow it the first time, it won’t ask again in the future.
4. Once you make a selection, your video workout will now stream to the selected device. You will also see a confirmation message on your mobile screen once the connection is successful.
