When you submit or upvote an idea, it becomes visible to the community. The more votes and feedback an idea receives, the better we understand what matters most to trainers and businesses. Plus, you’ll receive an email notification when an idea moves into design, development, or is completed.
How to Submit an Idea
1. Create an Ideas Forum Account at https://ideas.trainerize.com/
- Your Ideas Forum login is separate from your Trainerize account.
- Sign up for a new account so you can submit ideas and receive notifications.
2. Search Before Submitting
- Use the search bar and/or filter options to see if your idea already exists.
- If it does, simply upvote and comment instead of creating a duplicate.
- Each user gets 20 votes, so use them wisely!
3. Submit A New Idea
- If you don't find an existing idea that matches yours, feel free to submit a new one.
- This allows other trainers to vote on your idea and share your feedback.
How Does An Idea Get Picked Up?
While a higher number of votes increases the likelihood of an idea being implemented, it is not the sole factor. The forum is one of many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We evaluate ideas based on various inputs, including:
- Votes and comments from the Ideas Forum
- Conversations with our support team
- In-app surveys
- Feedback from Facebook beta groups
- The complexity of the idea
- Alignment with ABC Trainerize's overall vision
For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English-speaking community effectively.
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our trainer community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting, and have completed.

Does ABC Trainerize reply to ideas/suggestions?
Due to the high volume of ideas, we can’t respond to each and every submission. To stay updated, make sure you vote on ideas and check your email for notifications! You may also receive in-app surveys or follow-up emails when we’re ready to dive deeper into an idea.
I suggested an idea years ago. Why hasn’t it been implemented?
The Ideas Forum is not a queue. The age of an idea does not influence its priority. Decisions are based on votes, feasibility, and other factors listed above.
Can clients submit their own ideas?
Yes! Clients have their own dedicated forum found at feedback.trainerize.com.
