How to Submit a Feature Request, Idea or Suggestion

We encourage our trainers and businesses to share their suggestions and feedback on our Ideas Forum at ideas.trainerize.com. This platform allows you to propose new features, vote on existing ideas, and help shape the future of ABC Trainerize!

The idea forum ensures that your suggestions are always visible and allows other trainers to upvote them, helping us understand what the Trainerize community values most! When an idea moves into the design or development phase or is completed, you will recieve an email notification!

How to Submit an Idea

To submit on our Ideas Forum, you will need to first create an account specific to the Ideas Forum. Your login credentials for the Ideas Forum are different from your regular Trainerize account credentials. Make sure to sign up for a new account on the Ideas Forum so you will be notified when an idea moves into the design/development or completed phase!

Before submitting a new idea, use the search function to see if a similar idea alreadt exists. If it does, you can upvote and comment on it. Each user get 20 votes, so use them wisely!
If you don’t find an existing idea that matches yours, feel free to submit a new one. This allows other trainers to vote on your idea and share their feedback.
When an idea is completed or turned down, your vote is returned, allowing you to vote on other ideas.

When Does an Idea Get Picked Up?

While a higher number of votes increases the likelihood of an idea being implemented, it is not the sole factor. The forum is one of many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasability. We evaluate ideas based on various inputs, including:

Votes and comments from the Ideas Forum
Conversations with our support team
In-app surveys
Feedback from Facebook beta groups
The complexity of the idea
Alignment with ABC Trainerize's overall vision

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our trainer community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Does Trainerize reply to our suggestions?

Due to the volume of ideas we get from all channels, it is impossible to reply individually. To stay updates on any movement regarding your ideas, make sure to vote on them and check your email for notifications! You may also recieve in-app surveys or follow up emails from our team once we are ready to get started on an idea.

I suggest an idea years ago, it still has not been implemented.

The Ideas Forum is not a queue. Long standing ideas do not impact if an idea is picked up. We only look at votes and otger factors listed above.

What if my client wants to suggest an idea?
