Common Troubleshooting Steps
1. Verify Permission Settings
- Ensure that ABC Trainerize has the necessary permissions to access your Withings data.
2. Refresh Data Sync
- Data syncing issues can often be resolved by simply refreshing the data and manually forcing a sync.
- Open the ABC Trainerize app, navigate to the Withings menu under the More > Withings section and manually sync your data by pressing the "Sync now" button if it is available.
3. Update Apps
- Ensure you have the latest versions of both the Withings Health Mate app and ABC Trainerize apps.
- Check for any available updates in the app store and install them if necessary.
Disconnect and Reconnect the Integration
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, follow the steps below to disconnect and reconnect your Withings integration.
1. Disconnect the integration.
- To disconnect Withings from the ABC Trainerize app, navigate to the Withings section under the More tab and select Disconnect.
2. Next, delete and reinstall the ABC Trainerize app.
- This will ensure your app is up to date with the latest version.
- After uninstalling and reinstalling, proceed to the next step to reconnect the integration.
3. After re-installing, reconnect the Withings integration within the ABC Trainerize app.
- Navigate to the More section at the bottom right of the mobile app, scroll down to Withings, and tap Connect.
Verify Background App Refresh on Your iPhone
In some cases, the syncing issue may stem from the Withings Health Mate app not being set to refresh in the background. To check this on your iPhone:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and select Health Mate.
- Tap App in the Background and make sure this option is turned on.
This setting ensures that the Health Mate app can run in the background and sync data properly with the ABC Trainerize app.
