Just like with new clients, you can use your public Trainerize.me page to market and sell both Main Products and Add-on Products to your existing clients.
Whether or not an existing client can self-purchase a product through Trainerize.me will depend on:
- If they already have active products in their account
- If they already have products in their queue
- If you have membership control turned on
Buying Main Products
When an existing client tries to buy a Main Product through Trainerize.me, the system will check the email they entered to see if they have an active Main Product and when that active Main Product ends. Clients can only have one Main Product active at any time.
If they already have an active Main Product that overlaps with the start date of the new Main Product they're trying to buy, they won't be able to complete the purchase and will be prompted to contact their trainer directly to change their product.
If they already have an active Main Product but it does not overlap or conflict with the start date of the new Main Product they're trying to buy, the new product will be added to their product queue and will automatically start on its set start date. Clients can have up to 1 Main Product queued.

Buying Add-ons
When an existing client tries to buy an Add-on through Trainerize.me, the system will check to see if you have membership control turned on.
When membership control is turned on, clients can only purchase Add-ons if they already have an active Main Product.
If membership control is on and the client has an active Main Product, they'll be able to purchase as many Add-ons as they'd like without issue.
If membership control is on and the client does not have an active Main Product, they won't be able to complete the purchase and will be prompted to purchase a Main Product first then come back and purchase the Add-on.
If membership control is off, existing clients will be able to purchase as many Add-ons as they like without issue and without needing to buy a Main Product first.
