Once you purchase a Studio or Enterprise plan, you can get started on the setup of your Custom Branded App. This article provides a breakdown of the requirements for your Studio/Enterprise Custom Branded App as well as an overview of the Custom Branded App process.
Requirements for the Studio/Enterprise Custom Branded App
Before you can begin the process for your Custom Branded App, ensure you have all of the following requirements. These are required by Apple and cannot be waived:

- Your business must be a legally registered entity (for example, an LLC/LTD/ Corp, S-corp) in order to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. Sole proprietor or individual Apple Developer Accounts cannot be used.
Business email address:
- Apple requires an email address associated with your business domain (for example, email@yourbusiness.com). Personal email addresses such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook are not accepted, even if used for business purposes.
Business Website:
- Your website must represent your business and align with your legal entity information.
D-U-N-S® Number:
- Used by Apple to verify your business as a legal entity.
Business Apple ID:
- Must be enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization, not an individual account.
An iOS device:
- Required for two-factor authentication with your Apple ID.
Proof of Ownership:
- Required if your legal entity name differs from your app name.
Business Credit Card:
- Used to pay Apple's annual Apple Developer Program fee.

- Potential delays due to rejections from Apple, such as:
- Proof of ownership required
- Proof of trademark is required for the app name (if the name is already taken in the Apple App Store).
- We suggest you keep these documents available to help with the turnaround time. We will assist in the process of disputing/claims.
