Custom Branded App - Requirements and Process

This article provides a break-down of everything related to setting up your Custom Branded App. Once you purchased or upgraded your plan to either Studio Plus, Studio Max or Enterprise, you will be connected to our Studio/Enterprise Onboarding and Custom Branded App teams to begin the process.


Below is a list of requirements to get a white-label app:

  • Your business email address
  • Your business website
  • Your D-U-N-S® Number (verifies your business as a legal entity)
  • Your business Apple ID
  • An iOS device (for two-factor authentication)
  • Proof of ownership (if your legal entity differs from your App name)
  • Your business Credit Card (to pay the developer fee to Apple)

Note: the first five items are mandated by Apple and are a requirement; this cannot be bypassed.


Below is a condensed summary of the Custom Branded App process:

  1. You enroll in the Apple Developer Program
  2. You add us to your Apple Developer account
  3. You submit your brand assets
  4. We create mockups of your app and share them with you for your approval
  5. We build and publish your app to Apple and Google app stores
  6. Your app is live and available for download!
