The ABC Trainerize app on Apple Watch is bundled with the ABC Trainerize iOS mobile app and should automatically be installed on the watch if your client has downloaded and is using the ABC Trainerize mobile app on their device.
If your client is not seeing the ABC Trainerize app downloaded on their watch:
- Ensure they are running version 7.0 or later of the ABC Trainerize iOS app
- Ensure they have auto-install turned on within the iOS Watch app. You can refer to Apple's instructions here to ensure your device apps download onto your watch.
Once downloaded, launch the ABC Trainerize app on the Apple Watch. Follow the on-screen instructions to allow permissions for the Watch to share data with the ABC Trainerize.
