Tracking client progress is an essential part of coaching, helping both trainers and clients assess improvements and adjust training programs accordingly.
ABC Trainerize offers multiple ways to measure progress beyond traditional body measurements and photos. This data is easily accessible to trainers through the Progress tab on both web and mobile, while clients can track their own progress at any time via the mobile app.

Weekly Compliance
Weekly Exercise Compliance:
Exercise compliance is calculated when trainers schedule workouts in a clients calendar. For example, if four workouts are scheduled in a week and a client completes two, their compliance score will be 50% for that week.
- Calculated by the sum of all active clients’ compliance score/total number of active clients that have an active training phase with workouts scheduled in the calendar by the trainer
- Exercise compliance is calculated only if clients have an active training phase with scheduled workouts by the trainer in their calendar.
- Workouts scheduled by the client do not count towards exercise compliance.
Weekly Nutrition Compliance Score:
Weekly nutrition compliance is calculated based on how many times a client hits their daily nutrition goal.
- If a client hits 5 out of 7 days, their weekly nutrition compliance score would be 71%.
- Clients must hit all nutrition goals in order to be compliant for that day. For example, if a client has a full macro goal set up, they must be compliant with all calorie, protein, fat, and carb goals in order to reach their daily nutrition goal for that day. If they are missing just their protein goal, they will not be compliant for that day.
- Nutrition compliance is only calculated if clients have a nutrition goal with active tracking via MyFitnessPal, Fitbit, or the in-app tracker.
