Periodization is an important part of comprehensive fitness programming and can help keep your clients progressing.
With Trainerize Master Programs, it's easy to create periodized training, all you need to do is create multiple training phases—one for each phase or period of training planned—then combine and order them in a Master Program. This lets you change up a clients' workouts and exercises at regular intervals which prevents their bodies from adapting to their activities and creating a plateau in progress.
