How Do I Access My Course?
To access courses you've registered for in the ABC Trainerize Academy:
1. Navigate to https://academy.trainerize.com/.
2. Login to your account using the same email you used to sign-up.
3. Once logged in, you can start or resume any courses that you have registered for from your dashboard.
How Long Do I Have Access to a Course?
There is no set time limit for completing or accessing course material that you have purchased through the ABC Trainerize Academy.
How Do I Access My Certificate After Completing a Course?
Once you've completed a course, your certificate is available immediately. You can access your certificate by selecting the GET YOUR CERTIFICATE button on the course completion page.
If you leave the course page before downloading your certificate, you can still access it by following these steps:
1. Navigate to the ABC Trainerize Academy and log in to your account.
2. Click your username in the upper right corner.
3. Select My Account from the dropdown menu.
4. Open the Certificates tab.
5. Click View next to the certificate you would like to access.
From there, you can view, download or share your certificate.
What Do I Do If I'm Having Technical Difficulties?
If you experience technical issues while access or completing a course, you can reach out to our support team at academy.support@trainerize.com.

What Is the Refund Policy?
Refund Eligibility:
You may request a refund within 48hrs of starting your course and it is less than 50% complete. Both criteria must be met to be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund:
Requests must be sent to: academy.support@trainerize.com. If the refund policy criteria is met (see above) your refund will be approved and processed.
Once processed, you will receive refund receipt with a tracking number. Please note: Once a refund has processed, some banks have a delay associated with the return of funds to your account. These delays are outside of ABC Trainerize's control.
